Nick is a Southern Illinois native raised in Williamson County in Whiteash. He graduated from Johnston City High School in 2005, John A. Logan College in 2015 and Des Moines Area Community College with a degree in Mortuary Science in 2017. Nick is married to Sarah (Mooney) and together they live in Crossville with their sons Ezekiel and Amos. As a family they attend Maunie and Emmanuel United Methodist Churches. Before working in funeral service full time, Nick was a Licensed United Methodist Minister and pastored churches in White, Williamson and Franklin Counties. Nick began his career in funeral service in 2015 and has received training from the areas most qualified funeral directors and embalmers. Before joining the team at Campbell and Stendeback Funeral Homes he assisted the families of Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. Nick is professionally licensed as a funeral director and embalmer in Illinois and Missouri and a Life Insurance Agent in Illinois.
Becky Brown is the Office Coordinator for Campbell and Stendeback Funeral Homes. She moved to Carmi in 1982 from Rockholds, Kentucky. Her family moved here when Pattiki Coal Mine was being constructed. Becky graduated from Carmi White County High School in 1994. She went on to attend Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg, Illinois, where she graduated with an Associates in Arts Degree in 1996.
Becky worked as an individual aide at Brownsville School for eight years. She then went on to obtain her Activities Director Certification and Social Services Designee Certification while she worked at Premier Healthcare in New Harmony, Indiana. During her seven years there, Becky worked as Activity Director, Social Services Director, Marketing Director, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the evenings.
Becky currently resides in Crossville, Illinois. She is married to Jerrad Brown and is a proud mother to her four children; Emily and Ethan Mahon, Brody Brown, and step-son, Colton Brown.
