Yvonne Wallace

Yvonne “Donna” Wallace, 80, of Carmi, passed away at Wabash Christian Village on Friday morning, March 29, 2019.  She was born on June 23, 1938 in Maunie, the daughter of Harvey and Thelma (Cooper) Yeager.  She married James Wallace and he survives.

Mrs. Wallace was a Nursing Assistant at Deaconess before her retirement.

She is survived by her son, Larry (Kay) Frashier; daughter, Ginger (Sam) Blazier; five grandchildren, Chris (Jennifer) Frashier, Jackie (Jill) Puntney, Sandy (Mark) Sitzman, Megan (Anthony) Knight, Samantha (Jerry) Peterson; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great- great-grandchildren; and sister, Doris DeLong.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service.  Burial will be in Marshall Ferry Cemetery.  Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
