William "Bill" Flowers, 69, of Farmington, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 12:15 p.m. at his home surrounded by his family. He was born July 6, 1944 in Hegira, Kentucky, the son of Melba Flowers. Bill married Mary Ann Baker June 6, 1963. He retired from Caterpillar Tractor in Joliet, IL and was a member of First Church Of The Nazarene in Farmington.
Bill is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary Flowers of Farmington, MO; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Cynthia Lynn Flowers of Enfield, Kimberly Ann and Ronald Parks of Manteno, and Tami and John Duvall of Fredericktown, MO; two sons, William Lee Flowers of Carmi and Craig Steven Flowers of Chatsworth; three sisters, Lisa Law of Belleville, Cathy Ball of De Soto, MO and Zelda Ann Sells of Bonneterre, MO; two brothers, Jackie Keith Sells of Collinsville and Steven Sells of Ozarks, MO; 23 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral services for Bill Flowers, 69, of Farmington, Missouri, will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City with burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Norris City. Friends may call on Friday, February 14, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City.
