Vera Hendricks

Vera A. Hendricks, 96 of Enfield, passed away Monday September 19, 2016 at the Enfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Enfield. She was born October 29, 1919 in Rinard, IL the daughter of Roy and Mayme (McGrew) Kessel. She married Charles Hendricks on October 11, 1969 in LaSalle and he preceded her in death on September 29, 1993.
Vera had worked at West Clocks Company in LaSalle. She was a member of the Enfield Christian Church.
She is survived by her sister, Joyce Moore of McLeansboro and several nieces and nephews, including Jean Loeffler of Haugstadt, IN. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth, Howard and Galen; sisters, Genevieve Pagent, Vivian Raley, and Geraldine Dust.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday September 23, 2016 at Bunker Cemetery in Rinard. No visitation will be held. The Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Enfield is in charge of arrrangements. Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
