Tina Cain

Tina M. Cain, age 45 of New Harmony, died Thursday afternoon May 7, 2009 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She was born June 2, 1963 in Evansville, the daughter of James L. and Diane A. (Fisher) Miller. She married Charles Brian Cain and he preceded her in death on November 13, 2008.


Mrs. Cain was a homemaker. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She loved to fish, hunt deer and mushroom hunt.


Tina is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Ukiah Garrett of New Harmony and Robert and Julie Garrett of Evansville; three grandchildren; her parents, James and Diane Miller of Evansville; one brother and sister-in-law, Matt and Vickie Miller of Evansville; one sister and brother-in-law Teri and Mike Weir of Lexington, KY; one step-son, Brian Cain of Elberfeld and one step-daughter, Lucy Cain of Newburgh.


Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday May 11, 2009 at the Austin Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, IN with a visitation one hour prior to services. Online condolences may be left at austinfuneralhome.com
