Timothy C. "Tim" Brown

Timothy C. "Tim" Brown, 57, of Carmi passed away at 10:55 p.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016 at VNA Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville, IN.  He was born in St. Louis, MO on July 12, 1959 the son of Charles and Leda (Healy) Brown. Tim married Karen S. Nash and she survives.  Tim was a truck driver for JCT, and loved football and dirt bikes.

Tim is survived by his wife of over 24 years, Karen of Carmi; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Sarah Lynn and Brent Dyson of Raleigh, NC, Nikki Nicole and Brandon Jacobs of Crossville, Ashley Marie Paul and Haley Elizabeth Brown both of Carmi; a son, Timothy Ryan Brown of Norris City; three grandchildren, Abigail Hammond, Alley Paul and Jack Brown; a niece, Laura (Hardin) Robinson of Naperville, IL; a nephew, Andrew Hardin of Naperville, IL; along with several cousins.  Tim was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Janet Hardin.

Funeral Services for Timothy C. "Tim" Brown, 57, of Carmi will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Bruce Chapel Church near Carmi.  Burial will follow in Bruce Chapel Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday after 10:00 a.m. till service time at Bruce Chapel Church.  Memorial Contributions may be made in Tim's memory to Campbell Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.  Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
