Tilden Irvin

Tilden David Irvin, 89, of Eldorado, passed away at 5:50 a.m., Friday, September 29, 2017 at Shawnee Rose Care Center in Harrisburg, IL. He was born in Walpole, IL the son of Mell and Ethel (McGill) Irvin.  Tilden was a welder at Babcock and Wilcox.

Tilden is survived by a son, Randall Irvin, of Eldorado; three daughters, Sherry Irvin, of Eldorado, Connie Haralson, of Ocala, FL and Mary Henrichsmeyer, of Brownstown, IL; sister, Lola McDougal, of Ojai, CA; four grandchildren, Jennifer Irvin, Laura Walker, Matt Lake and Ray Lake and six great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Riley Irvin and five sisters, Colleen Hart, Eliza Bruce, Pearl Essary, Mary Barker and Martha Mayberry.

Service will be private with burial in Hickory Hill Cemetery near Walpole. Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City is in charge of arrangements.
