Theodora L. Blackburn age 77, died at home in Rancho Cucamongo, CA after a battle with Vascular Dementia, surrounded by her son and daughter.
She was born on January 28, 1938 at home in Evansville, IN to her parents, Lester and Marie (Nichols) Tucker.
She enjoyed old TV movies, playing bingo and going for long car rides. She also enjoyed being with her dog Buddy.
Theodora was preceded in death by her parents and her son, John Blackburn.
She is survived by her sons, David Blackburn and Carlos Segura; her daughter, Christina (Bob) Anderson; grandchildren, Jennifer and Craig Hilbrecht and great-grandchildren, Kayla and Ryan.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday November 28, 2015 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home at 1330 E. 4th St., Mt. Vernon with burial in Black Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9-11 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
