Thelma Vinson

Thelma Joyce Vinson, 83 of Carmi, passed away Wednesday July 26, 2017 at her home. She was born October 6, 1933, the daughter of Sylvester R. and Leota Margaret (Mason) Clark. She married Charles L. Vinson on December 31, 1955 and he preceded her in death on February 15, 1993.
Thelma was a homemaker, she enjoyed keeping up her home and visited the Senior Citizens Center in Carmi.
She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Joy Vinson of Overland Park, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles, son, Robert Lee Vinson; brother, Orvan R. Clark; and three sisters, Juanita Stermer, Myrtle Woods, and Geneva Clark
Graveside services for Thelma Joyce will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday August 4, 2017 at White County Memorial Garden in Carmi. Friends and family are asked to meet at the Cemetery.
