Charles “Terry” Juenger, 75 of Carmi, passed away at 11:39 p.m. June 12, 2017 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN surrounded by his family. He was born May 6, 1942 in Carmi, the son of Raymond and Thelma Juenger.
He graduated in 1959 at Carmi High School. He worked at Whirlpool and in the oil fields until he found his true calling in the fields. He was an avid farmer and loved working on Hot Rods and taking care of his farm equipment.
Terry is survived by his wife of 53 years, Roxana; son, Terry Jr. (Tammy) Juenger of Horn Lake, MS, son, Ted (fiancé Heather) Juenger of Carmi; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Woodrow; and brother, Darrell (Cindy) Juenger.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Donna Midkiff, Raeann Aud and Kathy Price; Mother and Father, Thelma and Raymond and Mother and Father-in-law, Margaret and James Daugherty.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday June 15, 2017 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi with Rev. Mike Buckman officiating. Burial will be in White County Memorial Garden.
