Terri (Hassell) Angermeier, 48, of Prairieville, Louisiana passed away at the home of her daughter in Hazleton, Indiana on Saturday, March 29, 2008.
Terri was born in Evansville, Indiana on May 5, 1959. She was graduated from Mt.Vernon High School in 1977 and married her husband, Francis Angermeier on May 27, 1978. They are the owners of Southwind Bakery in Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
Terri was a loving and devoted wife. She felt her calling in life was to be a mother, and her children believe she was one of the best. She was by nature a kind-hearted, upbeat woman who positively affected all who knew her. Her strong faith was tested and renewed during her two-year battle with cancer.
Terri was preceded in death by her brother, Philip Hassell. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Francis Angermeier and three children: Holly and husband Eric Newman of Hazleton, Indiana; Eric Angermeier of New Orleans, Louisiana; and Lauren Angermeier of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is also survived by her mother, Elizabeth Hassell and her brother, Richard Hassell, both of Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday at Austin Funeral Home in Mt.Vernon. A final viewing will take place at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, beginning at 11 a.m., to be followed by funeral mass at 12 p.m.
