Shirley Curry

Shirley Ann Curry,77, of Carmi passed away at 4:10 pm, Thursday, March 1, 2018 at her granddaughters residence. She was born in Marmaduke, AR on April 21, 1940 the daughter of Orville Truman and Mabel Rose (Sheridan) Wycoff. Shirley married John E. Curry on September 21, 1975 and he preceded her in death on November 18, 2016. She worked production for National Metalware.

Shirley is survived by two daughters, Kathy and Gary Wilson of Oak Grove Heights, AR and Carolyn Collins of Paragould, AR; step-son, Rudy and Angela Curry of Carmi; two step-daughters, Mary and Dale Curtis of Enfield and Juanita and Sammy Stokes of Carmi; brother, Truman Wycoff, of Senath, MO; sister, Mary Sue Tackett, of Paragould, AR; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchilren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Mabel Wycoff, her husband, John Curry, two brothers, Bubby and Charlie Wycoff and a sister, Helen McClash.

No services will be held. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
