Roye Callis, IV

Roye Callis, IV, 55, of Norris City, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016 at Deaconess Hospice in Evansville, IN.  Roye was born in Evansville, IN on October 8, 1961, the son of Roye Henry and Bobbie D. (Fike) Callis III.  He worked at the Martin & Bayley Warehouse.

Roye is survived by his wife, Lynn of Norris City; his mother, Bobbie D. Head of Newburgh, IN; two sons, Justin Nelson and Bryce Nelson, both of Norris City; a daughter Brandi (Travis Allred) Nelson of Norris City; his step-mother, Carolyn Callis of Ft. Branch, IN; two brothers, Lloyd "Buddy" (Connie) Daniels and Jerry Wayne Head, Jr. both of Evansville, IN; three sisters, Peggy (David) Evans and Sherri (Dennis Althoff) Pribble, both Newburgh, IN and Shirley (Rocky) Sutton of Evansville, IN; and a grandson, Brantley Allen Emery.  He was preceded in death by his father, Roye Callis, III and step-father, Jerry Head, Sr.

Funeral services for Roye Callis, IV, of Norris City, will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City.  Burial will be held in Greenwood Cemetery in Chandler, IN.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Campbell Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
