Rosanna Lea (Greer) Dale, 55, of Galatia, IL, was involved in a car accident and passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 3:04 p.m. at Heartland Regional Medical Center Emergency Room in Marion, IL. She was born in Carmi, IL on June 4, 1958, the daughter of Ida Lue (Tolley) and Dane Greer. Rosanna was a homemaker and a devoted and loving mother.
She is survived by a son, Jesse Dale of Galatia; her mother and step-father, Ida Lue and Hobert Wilson of Carmi; a brother, Dan J. Greer of Washington, MO; two nephews, Ben and Drew Greer; two aunts and an uncle, Verma Dell Hensley of Evansville, IN and Bill and Barbara Tolley of Litchfield, IL; and numerous cousins.
Rosanna was preceded in death by her father; and a sister-in-law, Robynn Greer.
Funeral services for Rosanna Lea (Greer) Dale, 55, of Galatia, IL, will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi with Rev. Luke Raczykowski officiating. Burial will be at White County Memorial Garden near Carmi. Friends may call on Saturday, at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
Memorial gifts may be given to Rosanna's family to help with expenses, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
