Robert "Bob" Harvey

Robert "Bob" George Harvey, 76, of Elizabethtown Illinois passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Wabash Christian Village in Carmi. He was born on June 17, 1944 the son of William Keith and Alvada (Klink) Harvey. Bob was a tool designer for many years at Caterpillar where he completed a four year machinist apprenticeship in 1969. He was also an avid, long time member of the Warrensburg Sportsmans Club.

Bob is survived by his daughters Bobbie (Daniel) Gilman of Evansville, IN. and Jacqueline Hathaway of Decatur, IL.; grandchildren, Michael and Taylor Hathaway, Curtis, Camarin, Sidney, and Tyler Gilman; one great grand-child, Declan Michael Hathaway; and a friend, Sheila Hagan.  He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Larry K. Harvey and his sister, Vada Ann Cole.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
