Richard Duvall

Richard Dale Duvall, 57, of Carmi passed away at 1:54 a.m., Friday, March 11, 2016 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. He was born in Fairfield, IL on December 9, 1958, the son of Latney Earl and Shirley Ann (Grant) Duvall. Richard married Brenda S. Conner in 1993 and she preceded him in death on July 10, 2014. He had worked as a diesel mechanic.
Surviving are a son, Blake A. Duvall of Carmi; a daughter, September Rose Duvall of Carmi; a sister, Carolyn Creamer and husband Larry of Carmi; three brothers, Alfred Eugene Duvall and Lonnie Joe Duvall and wife Lisa all of Carmi and Latney Earl Duvall, Jr. and wife Deborah of Carlock, IL; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial will be held at a later date in Melrose Cemetery in Carmi. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
