Randall Williams

Randall Williams, age 54, of Carmi, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012, at his home. He was born December 13, 1957, in Carmi, the son of John A. and Shirley (Stein) Williams.

Randy was a machine operator at the sawmill for many years. He was an avid train enthusiast.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, John A. and Barbara Williams, of Mt. Vernon, IL; a son, Nathan Williams, of Enfield; two brothers and a sister-n-law, John Williams of McLeansboro, and Brians S. and Judy Williams of Mt. Vernon, IL; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Rose Lee Katherine and Dennis Knight of Mt. Vernon, IL, and Teresa and Stephen Kirkpatrick of Mt. Vernon, IL; a grandson, Chase Martin Williams of Enfield; nine nieces and nephews; and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley, in 2004.

A funeral service will be held Monday, November 12, 2012, at 7:00 pm, at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Enfield. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the time of service in the funeral home chapel. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
