Ralph C. Martin, Jr., 64, of Norris City passed away at 5:01 a.m., Friday, March 23, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Carmi, IL on September 4, 1953 the son of Ralph Curtis Martin, Sr. and Mildred Louise (Austin) Martin. Ralph married Terri Ruth Mitchell on July 18, 1992. He was a 1972 graduated of Norris City Omaha High School and had worked in the oilfield and at the Champion Lab Warehouse in Albion. Ralph enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting deer, fishing and riding his ATV.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 25 years, Terri; a daughter, Amy (David) Cox of Norris City; a son, Curtis Paul Martin of Carmi; three grandchildren, Kelsey and Brody Cox and McKinley Martin; five sisters, Linda (Chuck) Turner of Grayville, Martha Fulkerson of Norris City, Connie Stenger of Eugene, OR, Betty (John) Moore of Benton, IL; and Nadine (Ben) Meeker of Vashon Island, WA; his beloved dogs, Charlie and Lulu and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services for Ralph C. Martin, Jr., 64, of Norris City will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 26, 2018 at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City with Tim Gholson officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery near Norris City. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Ralph's memory to Campbell Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
