Pauline Walker

Pauline "Polly" (Frashier) Walker, 88, of Ridgeland, MS passed away Monday, May 20, 2013 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Polly was a resident of The Orchard and prior to that lived for 11 years at The Waterford. She was born November 16, 1924 in Maunie, IL the daughter of Fred and Frieda (Williams) Frashier. Polly married Frederick Ray Walker on August 17, 1945 and he preceded her in death on June 1, 1994. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at Hospice Ministries for their care and compassion.

Polly is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Paulette and Jim Montgomery of Clinton, MS; two grandchildren, Doug Montgomery and his wife Charlotte and Diane Mattox and her husband David; five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Frederick Frashier.

Graveside funeral services and burial for Pauline "Polly" (Frashier) Walker, 88, of Ridgeland, MS will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2012 at Marshall Ferry Cemetery in Rising Sun, IL. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice Ministries, 450 Towne Center Blvd, Ridgeland, MS 39157. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
