He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas (Mary Lou Appel) Perkins, also of Garland, TX (whose hometowns are Grayville and Enfield).
He leaves as survivors: his sister, Carole (Mrs. Brian) Ratzer; nephew, Nick; nieces Abigale and Elizabeth Ratzer; several aunts and uncles; and a host of personal and Civilian Air Patrol friends.
Paul had been involved in C.A.P. for over 25 years. His rank was Commander, DCFC, ESO Deputy Commander at Unofficial Commander in Civil Air Patrol.
Paul was a friend to all, and all were friends to him. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
