Paul Anderson, Jr., 54, of Carmi passed away Monday, March 25, 2013 at 6:47 p.m. at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. He was born July 15, 1958 in Carmi the son of Lawrence Paul and Peggy L. (Leithliter) Anderson. Paul was a 1976 graduate of Carmi Community High School and had work at the Kerr-McGee Coal Mine in Galatia.
Paul is survived by his daughter, Brittany Leann Anderson of Carmi; his mother, Peggy L. Anderson of Carmi; a sister, Lori Anderson of Carmi; a brother, Curtis Lee Anderson of Mt. Vernon, IN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services for Paul Anderson, Jr., 54, of Carmi will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi with Rev. Lowes Browning officiating. Burial will be in West Union Cemetery near Carmi. Friends may call at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi on Thursday after 9:00 a.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Brittany Anderson Educational Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
