Biography
Pamela J. (Mangold) Zoph, 57 of Mt. Vernon, died on December 23, 2014 at West Park Rehabilitation Center in Evansville. She was born on February 24, 1957 in Evansville, the daughter of William and Lora Lee (Koonce) Mangold. She married James E. Zoph in December 1994 in Mt. Vernon and he survives.
Mrs. Zoph was a homemaker and had devoted her life to the care of her daughter. Her hobbies included fishing, quilting, camping and gardening. She was a member of Point Township Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her husband, James; father, William Mangold of Evansville; sisters, Carol Mangold and Doris Mangold, of Evansville; brother and sister-in-law, William A. and LaVerne Mangold of Huntingburg, IN; sons, Darren Zoph and Jeremy Zoph, of Evansville; daughter, Ladonna Scott of Sullivan, IN; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, infant son, David Allen Kissel and daughter, Lee Ann Kissel.
Funeral services will be held at 6p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2014 at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Visitation will be from 4p.m. until the time of the service. Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
