Ollen Smith Jr.

      Ollen Owen Smith Jr, 54, of Eldorado, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023, He was born on February 28, 1969, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, the son of Ollen Owen and Annabelle (Finley) Smith. Junior enjoyed woodworking and video and online gaming. Most of all, he enjoyed being with family.

     Junior is survived by his mother, Annabelle Smith of Omaha, IL; two daughters, Alissa Smith of Thompsonville, IL. and Stephanie Smith of Carterville, IL; grandchildren, Logan, Caroline, Cera and baby Constance who is on the way; siblings, Jonathan Smith of Eldorado, IL, Tina (Richard) Thompson of Steger, IL, Betty (Rey) Mendoza of Lowell, IN, and Katrina (Matthew) Cessna of Omaha, IL; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Ollen Owen Smith. 

     A private service for Ollen Smith Jr. will be held at a later date. Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi is in charge of arrangements.
