Nancy Duvall

Nancy Lynn Duvall, 69, of Carmi, passed away at 6:25 a.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Evansville, IN on February 3, 1950, the daughter of Gaston and Betty Mae (Lingafelter) Duvall. Nancy was a CNA for 45 years working at Wabash Christian Village, the White County Hospital and the Skilled Care Unit. She was a member of the St. Polycarp Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and watching tv. Many thanks to Father Obi for his Sacramental Ministry and to the wonderful staff at Campbell Funeral Home.

Surviving Nancy are, her Sister-in-Law, Carol Duvall, of Farmington, NM, along with 3 Nephews: Paul Duvall, Jeff Duvall, Mike Duvall, all of Farmington, NM including 4 Great Nephews and 1 Great Niece; Chris James, who she called her adopted son and Lana Crawford, an (angel of mercy) who came into her life at the time she needed the most help. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gaston and Betty Duvall, of Carmi and brother, Paul Wayne Duvall of Farmington, NM.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday June 15, 2019 at 2:30 pm with visitation after 2 pm at St. Polycarp Catholic Church. Burial will be in White County Memorial Garden. Nancy asked for no flowers, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
