Michael “Mick†Wiltshire, age 65 of Henderson, KY and formerly of Mt. Vernon, IN, died Friday morning June 11, 2010 at Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville. He was born July 5, 1944 in Mt. Vernon, the son of Jesse “Hack†and Thelma (Cole) Wiltshire. He married Pamela Ramsey on April 30, 2005 in Evansville and she survives.
Mick was a truck driver for ADM Milling in Mt. Vernon for 43 years. He enjoyed, camping, hunting, fishing and just being outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Pam; two sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Nancy and Gary and Lisa Wiltshire all of Mt. Vernon; two step-daughters and son-in-law, Christa and Brad Gish of Henderson, KY and Kimberly Jaebker of Evansville; fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Beverly Wiltshire of Mt. Vernon and Paul and Kathy Wiltshire of New Harmony; two sisters and brothers in-law, Dioka and Bill Higgs of Sebree, KY and Brabara and David Eaton of Mt. Vernon; a long time friend and brother-in-law, Jim Eaton of Mt. Vernon. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Mick was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Linda Smith Wiltshire.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday June 15, 2010 at the Austin~Stendeback Family Funeral Home at 1330 E. 4th St. Mt. Vernon with burial in Bellefontaine Cemetery.
