Mayolene Allen

Mayolene R. Allen, 62, of Carmi passed away Friday, April 6, 2012 at 11:25 pm at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, IN. She was born December 25, 1949 in Carmi the daughter of Clarence and Mary Lou (Rose) Farny. Mayolene married Teddy Ray Allen on August 5, 1967. She was a homemaker, an exceptional mother and attended Cherry St. General Baptist Church.
Mayolene is survived by her husband of 44 years, Ted Allen of Carmi; two daughters and sons-in-law, Angie and Larry Helsel of Carmi and Rae Lynn and Tony Carter of Evansville, IN; a sister and brother-in-law, Treasa and Greg Millenbine of McLeansboro; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Gordon Farny of Maunie and Marty and Patti Simmons of McLeansboro; and three grandchildren, Matt Slay and Teddi and Madi Helsel.
Visitation for Mayolene R. Allen, 62, of Carmi will be Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Memorial Contributions may be made in Mayolene's name to Campbell Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
