Marye Lee

Marye M. Lee, 73 of Mt. Vernon, passed away Sunday November 15, 2015 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She was born February 21, 1942 in Mt. Vernon, the son of Shirley and Mary Catherine (Wallace) Lee.

Marye was a licensed beautician. She had worked for the City of Mt. Vernon for several years. She attended Harvestime Temple in Mt. Vernon.

She is survived by her son, James Cleveland (Leah) Miller of Evansville; daughters, Ardyth Yvonne (James) Givens and Detrice Jenece Miller both of Mt. Vernon; sister, Thelma L. Sebree of Mt. Vernon; six grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Terry L. Lee.

A brief funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday November 21, 2015 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home at 1330 E. 4th. St., Mt. Vernon. Visitation will be one hour prior.
