Martha Leigh

Martha Jean Leigh, 89 of Mt.Vernon, passed away March 02, 2015 at New Harmonie Healthcare. She was born December 04, 1925 in Mt. Vernon, IN. the daughter of Otis Oral and Daisy Margaret (Pritchard) Carroll. On May 17, 1961 she married Leland F. Leigh and he preceded her in death on February 10, 2002.

She is survived by one son, Steven E. (Francie) Overton of Mt. Vernon; one daughter, Leann (Dave) Cox of Mt. Vernon; seven grandchildren, Curt Overton, Levi (Jessica) Cox, Clint Cox, Nikole Wilborn, Shelley Wilborn, Andy Overton and Adrian Overton; five Great-Grandchildren, Tayler and Dillen Spence, Cydney Cole, Jayden and Brody Overton. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Larkin Keith Overton; one brother, William Carroll: one sister, Erma Neimeier.
