Marjorie Woodrow

Marjorie R. Woodrow, 87 of Springerton, passed away Sunday morning December 10, 2017 at the Enfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born August 22, 1930 in Carmi, the daughter of George and Daisy Doshier. She married Jack Woodrow on February 19, 1947 and he preceded her in death on January 10, 1996.
Marjorie enjoyed quilting and doing ceramics. She played the piano and was a longtime member of the Springerton Church of Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her grandson, Jeremy (Megan) Woodrow of Springerton; great-granddaughters, Rylee and Phoebe; and her sister, Maxine (Lawrence) Winter. She was preceded in death by her son, Jackie Woodrow; sisters, Ruth Brown and Lucille Fischer.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday December 15, 2017 at the Springerton Church of Jesus Christ with Larry Woodrow officiating. Burial will be in Springerton Cemetery. No prior visitation will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Springerton Church of Jesus Christ or the Enfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
