Marjorie Kell

Marjorie Kell, 96 of Carmi, passed away at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi. She was born on February 6, 1917 in Crossville, the daughter of Leslie D. and Mary (Spencer) Endicott. Marjorie married Merlin O. Kell on September 6, 1937 and he preceded her in death on November 10, 1981. She was a life-long member of Carmi First United Methodist Church
Marjorie is survived by two daughter-in-laws, Marilyn Kell of San Antonio, TX and Ann Kell of El Cajon, CA; five grandchildren, David, Amy, Matthew, Christopher, and Steven; five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two nieces, Linda Kiesel of Fort Branch, IN and Cindy Levingston of Howell, MI; and one sister-in-law Mary Endicott of Norris City.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Merlin O. Kell; two sons, Larry and Jack Kell; two sisters, Margaret Wetzel and Marietta Henson; and two brothers, Charles Leo and Leslie D. Endicott, Jr.
Funeral Services for Marjorie Kell, 96 of Carmi, will be at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Burial will be in White County Memorial Garden in Carmi.. Friends may call at Campbell Funeral Home in Carm on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
