Lynn Angermeier

November 18, 1950 — October 6, 2016

Lynn Edward Angermeier, 65 of of Owensville and formerly of Mt. Vernon, passed away Thursday evening October 6, 2016 at St. Marys Hospital in Evansville. He was born November 18, 1950 in Evansville, the son of Dale and Ruth (Behme) Angermeier.

Lynn worked as a Boilermaker. He was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity (TKE), Lessing Lodge 464 and the Hadi Shrine Color Guard and Motor Pool. He was a member of the Bible Center Cathedral in Evansville.  Lynn was well known as a wild and crazy guy.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth; brothers and sisters, David, , Stephen, Francis, Phillip, Walter (Judy), Thomas, Henry (Tara) Angermeier, and Theresa Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2-8 on Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home at 1330 E. 4th St. Mt. Vernon.  Hadi Shrine Color Guard Walkthrough will begin at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday October 15, 2016, followed by a Masonic Memorial Service by Lessing Lodge #464.  Funeral services will begin after the Masonic Service.  Burial will be in St. Matthews Cemetery in Mt. Vernon on Tile Factory Road.  No flowers are requested; memorial contributions can be made to the Hadi Shrine Children's Fund.  Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
