Lydia J. Lamp, 97, of Creal Springs, IL, passed away on September 15, 2019. She was born on September 14, 1922 in Hamilton County, the daughter of William and Beulah (Savage) Martin.
Mrs. Lamp was a member of the Enfield Missionary Baptist Church and had worked in the Elder Shirt Factory and Steins Flowers.
She is survived by her son George “Curt” (Patricia Smith) Lamp; daughters, Becky L. (Kenneth) Hunt, Sharon L. (John F.) Belford ;five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, ten step great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Old Springer Cemetery in Springerton. Stendeback Family Funeral Home Enfield is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
