Loretta Brandon

Loretta J. Brandon, 72 of Carmi, died Saturday night, December 28, 2013 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro. She was born on January 3, 1941in Carmi, the daughter of David Cecil and Edith Mae (Cantrell) Harrison. She married Everett Brandon on October 9, 1958 in Carmi and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Brandon was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Carmi.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Tyson & Kim Brandon of Goldengate, IL; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kim & Ron Cruse of Carmi and Heather & Joseph Nadasi of Henderson, KY; and one brother, David Harrison of Greenfield, IN; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi with Chaplain Mike Fields officiating.
