Kenneth Owings

Kenneth G. “KO” Owings, 60, of Springerton, passed away at Fairfield Memorial Hospital on Tuesday morning, May 14, 2019.  He was born on June 11, 1958 in Carmi, the son of Thomas and Doris (Newman) Owings.

KO was a longtime area wide Carpenter.  He was an active member of the Enfield Sportsman Club, and Springerton American Legion.  He liked to ride motorcycles and go camping.  Most of all he loved his life and his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Brandie (Brent) Walters; grandchildren, Austin Carlson and Travis Walters; sisters, Vickie (Joe) Allen and Vonnie Farris. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Tina Chrtt. KO leaves behind numerous friends.

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday May 18, 2019 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Enfield.
