Kelly Edwards

     Clifford Kelly Edwards, 73, of Harrisburg, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Saline Care Center in Harrisburg, Illinois. He was born on September 15, 1951, in Enfield, Illinois, the son of Clifford Edgar and Sarah LaVere (Biggerstaff) Edwards. Kelly graduated from Enfield High School in 1969. He went on to attend and graduate from Rend Lake College and Eastern Illinois University. Kelly worked as a Postal Clerk for the United States Post Office in Virginia until retirement.

     Kelly is survived by his cousins, Roger (Donna) Apple of Harrisburg, IL, Don (Karen) Apple of Newburgh, IN. and Dave (Joyce) Edwards of Carmi, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents.

     A graveside memorial service for Kelly Edwards will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Enfield Cemetery in Enfield, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kelly's memory to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Donations may also be mailed to 609 W.
