Katilyn Ann-Marie Sturgal infant daughter of Mehgan Dean and Christopher Sturgal of Enfield passed away shortly after birth on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at St. Mary's Health Center in Richmond Heights, MO.
Also surviving is a sister, Madalynn Necole Sturgal; maternal grandparents, James Dean and Carrie Wyatt both of Enfield; paternal grandparents, Barbie Parsons of Norris City and Greg Sturgal of Carmi; maternal great-grandparents, Frank and Susan Dean of Oregon and Donna Ramirez of Oregon; paternal great-grandparents, Vonda Sturgal of Carmi and Jean Parsons of Amelia, OH; an aunt, Amanda and Junior Hyatt of Springerton; two uncles, Corey Dean of Enfield and Gregory Sturgal, Jr. of Carm;i and a cousin, Lillie Hyatt.
Graveside funeral services and burial for Katilyn Ann-Marie Sturgal will be Sunday, August 5, 2012 at 1:00 pm in Enfield Cemetery. Friends are ask to meet at the cemetery. Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City is in charge of arrangements.
