Katie Fisher

Katie Diane Fisher, 5 year old daughter of Jason and Jannea Fisher of Mt. Vernon, IN, died Thursday, November 24, 2005 at her home. Katie was born May 23, 2000 in Evansville, IN. Katie loved Disney and Princess’s and especially Cinderella. Katie was preceded in death by grandparents, Jack Griffin, Marjorie Wentzel and Patricia Fisher and a great-grandmother, Vivian Rose.
Katie is survived by her parents, her big sister, Jody, her grandparents, Elaine Griffin, Beverly and Stan Pickerill and Robert and Roberta Fisher all of Mt. Vernon; great-grandparents, Leonard and Lola Wentzel of Mt. Vernon; and aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday November 28, 2005 at Austin Funeral Home, 1330 East Fourth Street in Mount Vernon, IN with Rev. Kenneth Steckler officiating. Burial will be in the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Friends may call from 4pm until 8pm on Sunday, November 27, at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
