Kathy Wagner-Hobbs

Kathy Ann Wagner – Hobbs, 45 of Mt. Vernon, IN died at her home on July 23, 2008. She was born on March 6, 1963 in Evansville, IN, the daughter of John and Dorita (Fisher) Logan.

Kathy had enjoyed working as a Registered Nurse at several area hospitals and nursing homes. Kathy was looking forward to the birth of her first grandchild.

She is survived by her husband, John Hobbs, a daughter, Katelyn Hobbs; two sons, Branden Wagner and Corey Hobbs all of Mt. Vernon; her father, John Logan of New Harmony; two sisters, Jackie (Mike) Baxter of Mt. Vernon and Linda (Steve) Butler of Wadesville; a half-sister, Cheryl (Matt) Diedrich of Hogansville, Georgia and a step-sister, Melissa Swain of Grayville, IL. She was preceded in death by her first husband, David Wagner; her mother, Dorita (Fisher) Logan and a sister Cynthia Powell.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 am on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Austin Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with Reverend Dallas Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Bellefontaine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm on Friday, July 25, 2008 at the funeral home.
