Julia Kemper

       Julia Denise Kemper, 24, of Norris City, has made her journey home to be with her King. She was born August 21, 1998, Henderson KY. Daughter of Joyce and David Kemper. Julia was a graduate of NCOE, 2017. She went on to begin her career with Norwegian Cruise Line located in Hawaii.

      Julia attends the Roads Church in Norris City, IL. Julia’s most cherished passion was loving all children. She also enjoyed painting the arts, fishing, her beloved pets, family games (especially high nine,) but most of all Julia loved her family, her Church, her friends, and her promised love Wyatt Dillinger. 

     Julia is survived by her parents, Joyce Annette Kemper (Bush) of Norris City, IL and David Lawrence Kemper of Fort Branch, IN. Siblings, twin brother Jonathan David Kemper of Fort Branch, IN. Eldest sister Jessica Ann Ledford of Norris City, IL. Eldest brother Jimmy Lee (Amy) Quertermous of Norris City,IL. Sister Jennifer Glynn (Jeremy) Burkeen of North Pole, AK. Sister Sarah Marie Quertermous of Dale, IL. Sister JoHanna Renee Kemper of Pine Grove, KY. Sister Cassie Danielle Conditt of Marion, Ky.; Grandfather, Otho Lee Bush of Marion, KY.; Aunts and Uncle’s  Otho Lee Jr. ( Ann) Bush of Cadiz, KY. Tommy Darren Bush of Russellville, KY. L. Renee (David) Sizemore of Tolu, KY.; Nieces and Nephews  William Ledford, Jakob Ayabei. Austin and Eli Quertermous.  Kaydance, Maci and Colton Burkeen.  Addison and Jayden Quertermous.      Funeral services for Julia Denise Kemper will be held at 4:30 p.m., on Sunday, June 4th at the Roads Church, Norris City, IL. Family and Friends may visit from 2:30 until time of Service. Burial will be held at Union Ridge Cemetery, Norris City, IL. In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Julia’s memory to the Roads Church and will be accepted at Campbell’s Funeral Home, Norris City, IL. who is in charge of arrangements.
