Johnny Hedger, 34, of Centralia passed away at 8:20 p.m., Monday, September 7, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Carmi, IL on January 6, 1981 the son of Donald Ray and Diane Elaine (Gragert) Hedger. Johnny graduated from Norris City-Omaha-Enfield High School in 2000. He work on the assembly line at The Swan Company in Centralia.
Johnny is survived by his mother, Diane Clifford of Norris City; wife Julie (Kisner) Hedger of New Haven; two daughters, Mariah and Felicia Hedger of New Haven; maternal grandparents, bobbie and Gloria Gragert of Norris City; a sister and brother-in-law, Donita and Robbie Swinford of Evansville, IN; a niece, Brianna Raney; two nephews, Christopher Raney and Jonathon Swinford; two aunts, Gail and Ken McKenzie of Marshall and Pat May of Omaha; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Hedger, a brother, Robert Lewis and his paternal grandparents, Mary and James Hedger.
Funeral services for Johnny Hedger, 34, of Centralia will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City. Burial will be in Palestine #2 Cemetery in Omaha. Friends may call at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in Johnny's memory to a educational fund for his daughters, Mariah and Felicia and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City.
