John Aud

John D. Aud, 33, of Carmi, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 9:08 p.m. in Carmi. He was born on November 21, 1981 in Evansville, Indiana, the son of Jack and Rosemary (Pennington) Aud. John was a 2001 graduate of Carmi White County High School and and received his welding certificate from SIC. He worked as welder at Babcock & Wilcox in Mt. Vernon, IN and was a member of the Sons Of The American Legion.

He is survived by his parents, Jack and Rosemary Aud of Carmi; his financ'e, Jaime Judge of Carmi; maternal grandparents, Glen and Danelle Holtzclaw and Harold Pennington, Sr. all of Carmi; paternal grandmother, Pauline Aud of Carmi; a sister, Jackie (Michael Flechs) Yon and niece, Brooklyn Yon all of Carmi; aunts and uncles, Jerry and Vivian Aud of Carmi, Becky and Scott Flowers of Zeeland, MI, Cork and Brenda Pennington of Carmi and Paula and Tom Lantrip of Floyd's Knob, IN; and numerous cousins. John was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jewel Aud; uncle, Leroy Aud and cousin, Zachary Flowers.

Funeral services for John D. Aud, 33, of Carmi, will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Burial will be in West Union Cemetery near Carmi. Friends may call on Wednesday, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home.

Memorial gifts may be given in John's name to Special Olympics Area 14 or Brownsville School and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi.
