Joann Bailey

Joann E. Bailey, 78 of Carmi, passed away Sunday afternoon September 21, 2014 at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi. She was born September 21, 1936 in McLeansboro, the daughter of William and Eunice (Davis) Suttle.

Joann was a homemaker.

She is survived by her sons, William “Bill” Edmonds of Carmi and Mike Edmonds of Marion; six grandchildren and several great grandchildren; one sister, Nancy Merry of Arizona City, AZ.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday September 24, 2014 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery at McLeansboro.
