Jessie Ann James, 63 of Eldorado and formerly of Carmi, passed away Monday morning February 16, 2015 at Magnolia Shelter Care in Eldorado. She was born June 18, 1951 in Mt. Vernon, IN the daughter of Jesse Andrew and Evelyn (Sturgal) James.
Jessie Ann is survived by her father, a sister, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
