James Browning

James T. Browning, 72 of Crossville, passed away Friday November 11, 2016 at Carmi Manor Nursing Home. He was born December 18, 1943 in Crossville, the son of William Anderson and Elsie (Page) Browning. He married Linda Niehaus on May 7, 1965.
Jim worked in the Oilfield his whole life. He loved to fish, hunt and sing Kareoke.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; sons, Daniel Lea (Tennille Neal) Browning and James W. (Holly) Browning; daughter Beverly Collins; fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Turner, Alice Kick and Cathy Faulkner. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Donald Page; sisters, Cindy Cochran and Mary Jackson; and his son-in-law, Harvey Collins.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi with burial in Union Ridge Cemetery.
