Iris Bryant

Iris Ann Bryant, 77, of Belleville, IL passed away on Saturday August 7, 2021 at Sycamore Village Assisted Living in Swansea, . She was born in Poplar Bluff, MO on September 9, 1943 the daughter of Cavil Moses and Violet Rae Shirley, In November of 1960 Iris married Ralph Bryant and he preceded her in death on July 11, 2021.  Iris loved knitting, crochet, sewing and working in the garden.

Iris is survived by two children, Sue (Mario) Vazquez of Lovettsville, VA and Ralph Bryant, Jr. of Belleville; two brothers Cavil Ray Shirley, Steve Michael Shirley, one sister Elaine Marie Shirley, two grandchildren, Lauren (Quentin) Biggs of Festus MO and Vincente Vazquez of Lovettsville, VA; three great-grandchildren, Branton Biggs, Truett Biggs and Posey Biggs; and brothers-in-law, Terry (Kay) Bryant of Wadesville, IN and Jerry Bryant of Middleton, TN.

A memorial visitation for Iris Bryant, of Belleville will be held from noon to 1:00 p.m., Thursday August 19, 2021 at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City with a graveside service to immediately follow in IOOF Cemetery in Norris City. In lieu of flowers, the family requests tributes be made in Iris's memory in the form of plants, keepsakes or a donation to the  ASPCA and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City.
