Donald Eugene "Prospect" Stallings 18 of Mt. Vernon, Ran to the Lord on Monday night July 2, 2018 surrounded by his loving family and friends at his home.

Donald absolutely loved motorcycles and was a life member of American Thunder. He loved game shows, school, camping and loved participating in bowling and track at the Posey County Special Olympics. He attended the Free Pentecostal Church and spent all of his time praising the Lord. Donald dearly loved his family and friends, if we could all just be a little bit like him as he spread his unconditional love with everyone he came in contact with.

He is survived by his parents, Michele and Tim Hardin; his brothers, Trever (Shawnee) Hardin, and Braxton Hardin; his sister, Carissa Hardin; grandparents, Donald and Sue Stallings and Pauline Hardin; aunts, uncles, cousins, two nieces, Addabelle and Amara Hardin and his longtime girlfriend Alexis Martinez.He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Hardin and his grandfather, Jerry Hardin Sr.

A celebration of Donalds life will be held at 6 p.m with Pastor Johanna Webb officiating on Thursday July 5, 2018 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home at 1330 E. 4th St., Mt. Vernon. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
