Dee Blazier

Dee Blazier, 75, of Carmi passed away at 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. She was born October 17, 1941 in Maunie, IL the daughter of Gilbert Lawrence and Zelma Valeada (Healey) Wohlhueter. Dee married Darrell Gene Blazier on May 14, 1961. She was the Vice President at The National and Old National Bank. She also worked at Lincoln School Cafeteria for 7 years. Dee was a member of Stewart Street Baptist Church.
Dee is survived by her husband of 55 years Darrell Blazier; a daughter Tammy and Bob Rahmoeller of Grayville; a son Monty and Trish Blazier of Evansville, IN; a brother Lee Wohlhueter of Carmi; and four grandchildren, Dr. Kelsey Rahmoeller, Austin Rahmoeller, Tyler Blazier and Taryn Blazier.
Funeral services for Dee Blazier, 75, of Carmi, will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi with Rev. Micheal Rushing officiating. Burial will be in Big Prairie Cemetery in Carmi. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi. Memorial contributions may be made in Dee's memory to Stewart Street Baptist Church and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home.
