David Russell

David L. Russell, 43 of Mt. Vernon, died March 4, 2015 at Deaconess VNA Plus Hospice. He was born on November 22, 1971 in Evansville, the son of Eddie and Linda (Mattingly) Russell.
David had worked as an oil field pumper. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the NRA.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Russell of Sullivan, IN; sister, Tammy Cain of Sullivan, IN; three sons, Elijah & Noah Russell of Evansville, Michael Russell of Mt. Vernon, and daughter, Madison Russell of Evansville. He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Bellefontaine Cemetery. On-line condolences may be left at stendebackfamilyfuneralhome.com
