David Lane

David Lane, 56, of Ridgway, IL and formerly of Norris City, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born September 13, 1955 in Carmi, the son of William "Bill" and Julia (Parks) Lane. He married Teresa Gail Payne February 27, 1976 and she preceded him in death May 26, 1999. David was a truck driver.
Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Terah and David Jolley of Norris City and Alyssa Lane of Carmi; two sisters, Shirley Newton of Champaign, IL and Sharon Moles of McLeansboro; and a grandchild, Nevaeh Jolley. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; a daughter, Erica Renee Lane; a son, William Daniel Lane; and a sister, Ann Herren.
Funeral services for David Lane, 56, of Ridgway, IL and formerly of Norris City, will be Sunday, April 15, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home in Norris City with Rev. Ronnie Black officiating. Burial will be in Powell Cemetery in Norris City. Friends may call on Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
