Chrisháun Coaliron, 16, of Carmi passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016, alongside his girlfriend of two years, Kaitlyn Gwaltney. He was born October 22, 1999 in Mt. Vernon, IL the son of Elizabeth Kimmerling and Clayton Edward Coaliron. Chris was a Freshman at Carmi-White County High School and attended First Church of God in Maunie.
Chris is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Doneghue of Maunie; his father, Clayton Coaliron of Carmi; step-father, William Doneghue; father, David Shane Miller; grandparents; Faye Eugene Kimmerling of Odin, IL, Lucia Marie Armonta of Austin, TX, Carla Browning of Carmi and Connie Miller of Maunie; three sisters, Shánia Aliee Miller, Adrieönna Nicole-Sue Doneghue, and Callie Rae Miller all of Maunie; two brothers, Peytön Allen Keith Doneghue and Carson Shane Miller both of Maunie; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Let me tell you one of the greatest love stories of all time, the story of Chris and Kaitlyn. Chris gave his everything to her, made her a promise that he'd never leave her no matter what she opened up to him and told him her biggest fears, losing everything she ever loved, He made her a promise that he'd never leave her....and he never did, through hard times and good times, through life and through death. You both will be truly missed i love you and miss you both more than words can say. They died with each other and they loved each other more than anything,
A joint visitation for Chrisháun Coaliron and Kaitlyn A. Gwaltney will be held Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at First Christian Church in Carmi. Funeral services for Chrisháun will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, April 1, 2016 at First Christian Church in Carmi. Burial will be in Little Prairie Cemetery near Maunie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help with funeral expenses and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
